Dear Sirs/Madam, I solicit your guidance and help to lodge a complaint as a widow of Md.Alamgir Hossain, who died on March 14,2011 as a result of violent crime i.e. shot in a shop of Kennedy Fried Chicken, Bronx, on 12th march,2011. My husband M.A. Hossain was applied for us to re-unite in USA,but all has been shattered. As a potential survivors( wife and an infant of 10 moths) how we could proceed for Death benefit and have the immigration benefit. I am ready to furnish further information's that you may need to assist me. Awaiting to be favored with an early response. Thanks & regards.
